In July, when I visited the Church of Christ in Carissade, Haiti, Pastor Casseus and the church leaders gave every family a solar lantern. Frandy Casseus gave them instructions on how to use it. A light in the home after dark can mean extra time for school work, a light by which to cook, a light to study God’s Word.
